We believe that some of the key factors to success include a dual element, namely time and location. We often hear that “someone was lucky, to be there at the right time and the right place”. Whilst we acknowledge this observation, we are proactively taking steps to create situations that would lead us to be cleverly positioned both timewise and location, not relying on the luck factor. We further aim to position ourselves at the forefront of opportunities, be confident to make bold decisions and not afraid to take the lead.
